"Not really worth the price"
I feel like I paid too much for what I got. I was also expecting clearer instructions, which would have made the whole thing less frustrating.

I tried getting warranty help for a part that failed, the whole thing just wore me down. It was email after email, slow replies, and the same questions over and over with no real answer. After a while it started to feel like I was begging them to honor something they already promised, which left me resentful. The warranty seems good on paper, but in reality it didn’t help me at all. Super frustrating, and I don’t see myself buying from them again.

"Broke way too soon"
I bought one of their products and it felt kind of flimsy as soon as I took it out of the box. The parts didn’t line up that well, and after just a little bit of use the finish already started looking rough.
I really expected it to hold up longer, especially for the price. What made it more annoying was trying to get help and feeling like there was no actual human to talk to, just automated responses and no real contact. Disappointing overall, and I wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Expected an easy fix, but no parts available"
I bought one of their heaters thinking that if anything ever wore out, getting a basic replacement part wouldn’t be a big deal. Turns out I was wrong. Their website barely shows anything in stock, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t much help either. I wasn’t expecting some huge repair process, just a simple part so I could keep using the heater. Instead it feels like once something breaks, you’re basically pushed toward buying a whole new unit. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’ll be buying from GHP again

"Slow replies and kind of confusing"
I had to keep following up with customer service because the replies were really slow. When I finally got an answer, it didn’t really help much, so I was left wondering what I was supposed to do next?? Overall, it was frustrating.
"Still waiting on my order"
I was excited to get my order, but the shipping has been taking forever. At first I thought, okay, maybe it’s just delayed a little—actually, the lack of updates is what’s been most frustrating. I still don’t really know where it is or when it’s supposed to show up.

I had a hard time finding what I was looking for. I kept clicking around way longer than I expected, and it just felt more confusing than it needed to be.

"I might be bad at this, but assembly was rough"
Maybe I’m just not great at putting things together, but assembling this was a nightmare. The instructions didn’t feel very clear to me, and I kept second-guessing whether I was doing it right. It took way longer than I expected and was frustrating

"Barely warms the room and no one takes ownership"
The heater looks fine and seemed decent out of the box, but it just doesn’t do the job. I had it running for hours in a small room and it still never really warmed up. What made it more frustrating is that when I tried to get help, it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue. I kept getting passed around without any real solution. Definitely not happy with this purchase.
